Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

At Maroon and Wine, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that every product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, in rare cases where an issue occurs, our return, refund, and exchange services are available for both Prepaid and COD orders under the following conditions.

 


 

Eligibility for Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Return, refund, and exchange services are available for both prepaid and COD orders.

  • Requests will be accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all return, refund, and exchange requests (for both prepaid and COD orders).

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

 


 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only if the dress received is damaged or incorrect.

  • A complete, continuous unboxing video (from package opening till the product is shown) is mandatory to be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed only after the product is received and passes the quality verification check.

  • Refunds are credited within 3–7 business days:

    • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment source.

    • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI after collecting account details (Bank Account Number, IFSC Code, or UPI ID).

  • Requests without valid unboxing proof or raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund.

 


 

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is available for both prepaid and COD orders in the following cases:

    • If the product is damaged.

    • If the customer faces size issues (only for the same product).

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and unwashed.

    • In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

    • Returned in the same courier bag or similar protective packaging.

  • Once the returned item passes our quality check, the exchange will be initiated.

 


 

Hassle-Free Size Exchange (Prepaid & COD)

  • Customers can raise a free size exchange request within 3 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original tags unbroken.

  • If any of these conditions are not fulfilled, the exchange request will not be accepted.

 


 

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

  • The unboxing video must clearly show:

    • The outer parcel with shipping label visible.

    • The package being opened completely.

    • The product inside showing the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item).

  • Videos with cuts, edits, or missing portions will not be accepted as valid proof.

  • Requests without video proof will be automatically rejected.


 

Color Variation Policy

Please note that slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or device screen differences.
This is a common occurrence in online shopping, and returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted on this basis.
